Building the plane while flying it is something I know first-hand. After years working in marketing in early-stage startups that achieved explosive growth and acquisition by companies like Viacom and Tinder, I've seen the pitfalls and challenges executives can (and inevitably will) encounter during their company's toughest growth stretches.
My client roster spans startups and iconic tech companies like Slack, Headspace, Amazon, Instacart, Lyft and Dropbox, family and impact investing offices like Builders Vision and S2G, and fashion and beauty retail companies like Abercrombie, Osea and Ilia.
What I get called in for most is helping executives grow into the next phase of their leadership, whether that's taking on a bigger role than ever before or leading the company through an intense growth phase. Key areas of focus are executive presence, communication, influence, emotional intelligence and reactivity, team management, imposter syndrome and strategic thinking. I have a strong background in communication coaching and I'm frequently brought in to work with executive teams on alignment, building trust and processing conflict.
My approach comes from a unique combination: I trained as a professional actor at one of the top programs in the world, then led inside high-growth startups through rapid scale and acquisition. That mix became the foundation for my Practice Zone™ methodology - a space where leaders rehearse high-stakes conversations, experiment with new ways of showing up, and build the kind of presence that holds weight in any room.
