About Tracy

Tracy Podell has first-hand experience building the plane while flying it. After leading marketing inside high-growth startups acquired by Viacom and Tinder, she knows the pressure and politics that come with rapid scale and what it takes to lead through it.

As a Senior Partner at Evolution, she coaches senior leaders at companies like Slack, Amazon, Headspace, Instacart, and Lyft, as well as family and impact investment offices like Builders Vision and S2G, and brands like Abercrombie, Osea, and Ilia. She helps executives lead with clarity, range, and authentic authority, especially in moments of high visibility, shifting power, and growing responsibility.
